You pay the model's own price
We do not add anything to the price of tokens. Your balance is in dollars, and a request costs what the provider charges for it.
No markup on models
Every model on the catalog is billed at the provider's own rate — the same number the maker publishes. Whatever you spend is what the request actually cost.
One fee, when you top up
Topping up by card costs 7% plus $0.50, and the smallest top-up is $10. That fee covers what the payment processor and the bank charge, and it is the only thing we add.
Paying in crypto costs 5%.
Nothing expires
Money on your balance stays there — no monthly minimum, no idle fee, and nothing taken back for not using it. A subscription is a separate choice: its daily allowance renews while the period runs and does not carry over.

Questions about money
What happens when a plan's daily allowance runs out?
Your account setting decides (Billing & Plans, Subscription tab, “When a plan's limit runs out”): continue and pay from your balance, or stop with an error and a time to retry. A key created as “Subscription only” always stops and never touches the balance.
Can I pay for a plan from my balance?
Yes. A plan can be bought by card, in crypto, or straight from a balance you have already topped up.
Do you charge me again when the period ends?
Yes, unless you turn renewal off. A plan you bought renews by itself at the end of its period — from your card if you paid by card, otherwise from your balance — and we email you three days before. You can turn renewal off on the plan in Billing & Plans at any time; then the period simply ends.
What happens to money I do not spend?
Balance stays on the account with no expiry and no idle fee. A plan's allowance is for its period and does not carry over — that is the difference between the two.
