Partner Programme Terms

1. What the programme is

Anyone with an account can join. You get one or more links. When somebody follows one of your links and creates an account within 30 days, that account is recorded as yours, and you earn a share of what they spend.

2. What you earn

Your rate is shown in your partner section. It is set per partner and can differ between partners. When we change your rate, the change applies only to people who arrive after it — everybody already recorded as yours keeps the rate that was in force when they signed up.

• Commission is earned on usage served by our own cloud capacity, and on subscriptions bought with money.
• Commission is not earned on usage served by keys we buy from a vendor at cost. We make nothing on those, so there is nothing to share.
• Commission is not earned on credit we gave away ourselves, on gifted subscriptions, or on top-ups by themselves — only on what is actually spent or bought.

Which of these applies to a particular request is decided by how that request was served, not by the name of the model.

3. How long it runs

Twelve months from the day the person you referred created their account. After that their spending no longer earns commission.

4. Getting paid

Commission lands on a partner balance that is separate from your account balance. From there you can move it to your account balance and spend it on the service, or request a payout of at least $20. A payout request is reviewed by hand and paid by the method you name. One request can be open at a time.

5. When money is taken back

If the customer's payment is reversed — refunded, disputed with their bank, or cancelled by us — the commission earned on it is removed from your partner balance, including when that leaves it negative. The debt is settled out of later commission.

6. What is not allowed

• Referring yourself, or accounts you control.
• Unsolicited messages, spam, or paid traffic that misrepresents what we are.
• Presenting yourself as FlintBeam, or as speaking for us.
• Bidding on our name in advertising, or registering domains that imitate ours.

7. Ending it

We can suspend or close a partnership at any time, and we do not have to give a reason. Where a partnership is closed because of what is listed in section 6, commission not yet paid out is forfeited. You can stop at any time by archiving your links; commission already on your partner balance stays yours.

8. Data

You see counts: how many people followed each of your links, how many created accounts, and what you earned. You never see who they are, what they use, or what they spend. See our privacy notice for what we store about a link click.
